Communicates and interacts with co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Position Responsibilities:Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Work from preventative maintenance schedules, various checklists, manuals, diagrams, specifications, vehicle file and instructions.Assist in performing regular scheduled tractor inspections, complete checklists, troubleshoot and make routine repairs as required. Perform major repair work to tractors and trailers, disassemble, remove, repair or replace defective parts or components of gas or diesel engines, transmissions, steering mechanisms, ignition, electrical and hydraulic systems, air conditioning, refrigeration controls and units, clutches, brakes and mechanical or electrical operating units.Assist in servicing and repairing refrigeration units, repair engines, repair leaks, replace tubing, condensers, thermal controls, and recharge units with approved refrigerant gas.Operate electric arc welding equipment to repair ramps, ladders and tripods, repair or construct new cargo bars.Assist on road service trips, maintain required logs, records, checklists and reports, maintain garage tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.Perform other similar or related operations as assigned or directed. As a Mammography & C-arm Technologist, you will operate your assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide Mammography & C-arm services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. Each patient comes to our centers looking for answers. You will guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. This position is fulltime working Monday-Friday, day shifts (no call or weekends). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (90%) Patient Imaging Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure Explains and prepares patients for Mammography & C-arm imaging procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriatelyPerforms routine and advanced Mammography imaging procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure Adjusts Mammography scan parameters correctly and as needed, utilizing dose reduction techniques as appropriateMaintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologist, referring customers and other associates and peersFollows physicians' orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations to protect yourself, your patients, and coworkersAccurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)Maintains an orderly and clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workersMaintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements Maintains equipment in good working order; cleans and disinfects equipment after each useEnsures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines (5%) Department Support Assists with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgradesMonitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessaryAssists with training of new associates, providing resource and technical expertise, as applicable (5%) Completes other tasks as assigned
